Dr. Casciola is an internal medicine specialist. As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine who is board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Casciola’s focus is on a holistic medical approach to healing a person and not just treating a disease. He utilizes a treatment style that focuses on lifestyle modification and nutrition optimization first and foremost. He enjoys helping athletes and non-athletes achieve their goals through nutrition and overall lifestyle adjustments. Having these interests has led him down the path of alternative modalities of treatment such as stem-cell therapies, exosomes, PEMF, and many others. He has been extensively researching these topics of medicine, and in doing so has found his perfect fit at Legacy Medical Centers. Here, he focuses on restorative and anti-aging medicine, which includes stem-cell therapy, exosome therapy, interventional pain, sports nutrition, general nutrition, and aesthetics.

Dr. Casciola graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University in West Virginia, majoring in biology with a minor in chemistry. He graduated from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and went on to Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital in Ohio for his residency. After a year of general surgery residency, Dr. Casciola felt his scope was too limited and changed his specialty to internal medicine, graduating within the same Cleveland Clinic Health System. He previously worked in internal medicine at Allegheny Health Network.

Dr. Casciola grew up in Cecil, and continues to reside there today with his wife Brooke, son Roman, and daughter Claire. He enjoys spending time with his family, weight training, sports nutrition, and video games.
